Wegen seiner schlechten Zustand (viele ganz verkohlten Fäden) hat der Quipu viele abgebrochene loose Fäden die nicht genau zugeordnet werden können.

Der Quipu hat 9 acht-Knoten. 7 von denen hat einer kurzer ( ca 1 cm mit 1/1 Endknot) 2 ply S Faden eingeknotet. 5 von denen haben ein 9 longknot über ihnen, eine hat ein 8 longknot und eine eine simple-knot.

Zwischen 4te und 5te Gruppe ist zwei winzige 2 S Woll-Fäden (rot und gelb) um den mainstring geknotet.
